Our Service
We work to strengthen the human-animal bond by educating the public on population management of cats and dogs in Holmes County. Partnering with Mississippi Spay and Neuter Program from Jackson, Mississippi, JSBAR helps local pet owners with the cost of spaying and neutering. We support the relationship between the rescue team and our local veterinarian, Dr. Walter Roberts and Twin Oaks Animal Clinic.
